No need for that kind of abuse- what the angry twat doesn’t realise is that the call centre agent has all his details inc his address! Lol. I’d keep on ringing him off another phone to annoy him even more!
Oh and he’s clearly not from the USA or Scotland, he’s obviously from the North East!
